Job Description-
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & IR Assistant
Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be
responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and
industrial relations, including recruitment, compliance with labor laws,
and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities-

Recruitment-
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to select suitable candidates.

Labour Laws and Compliance-
.- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
- Manage documentation and reporting related to labor laws, PF (Provident Fund), and ESI (Employee State Insurance).
- Handle employee grievances and disputes in compliance with
labor laws.
Employee Benefits-
- Administer employee benefits programs, including PF and ESI, and provide guidance to employees.
- Manage and maintain employee records and documentation
related to benefits.
- Assist employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits.

Performance Management-

- Implement performance management processes, including
appraisals and goal setting.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in
performance improvement.

Training and Development-
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Support employee growth and development to enhance
productivity and engagement.
.
Documentation and Reporting-
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management and regulatory authorities.

- Monthly salary of 35,000.
